We had Vicmovers move our wine collection one day and a few days later they moved the rest of our belongings. They packed and moved and unpacked our wine - with no breakages at all. They treated all of our goods with respect. They work extremely hard. We had them unpack our fragile items and once again no breakages. They phoned us before they arrived. There were a few small boxes that I had moved myself and when I thought I had lost something, they remembered where they had seen it. They were calm when sometimes I wasn't. Nothing was too much trouble. What can I say, why would you look elsewhere for a mover?"

My move was booked on urgent basis a day before and that too for a late start in evening. The next day, the staff called me two times to give me a heads up on Estimated time of arrival. Jazz and his team were spot on. They were so quick that they reached destination around 30 min ahead of me. I believe that Amar and Jazz realized that I was in fact helping out my friend to relocate, who had no money left. The next thing they did for me was amazing. Before leaving, they refunded me $100 back to my account as their share in "Karma". I was not sure because they did not know my friend or even me properly but they insisted on doing their part. Now I am not sure I should call this "Karma" or "Kind heart" but Humanity. Spot on, Marvelous, Extremely professional and Extremely generous. I am very very impressed."
